A Well Deserved Health Kick

We are on a mission!!! It's about time I get a little healthier. I want to be able to run 5 miles without stopping again. So, what to do? Start hiking. I am eating healthier, and Anthony and I have started hiking. No more beer, liquor, greasy food, cut down on the carbs, up the greens, go to bed earlier, and wake up earlier. It has started out pretty good. We walked through the tunnel of death today. It was scary at first, but once we got through it...it wasn't that bad after all. So from here on, we are going to get healthy. Eat Right. Hike daily. Tan Daily-BONUS. And get back on track.
