Some pictures from the Midnight Christmas Eve Dinner ...more to come

Harry Perry and Jamie's first visit to the Ocean

So for Christmas I took Jamie to the Big BLUE (the Ocean) at Venice Beach. It is by far my favorite beach. So much goes on there. There are a few creepy people that walk the strip, but it's all worth it in the end. The sunset was absolutely breath taking. I am so glad that we got to share this experience together. We also got to see the Tumblers from the Carribean. They are highly trained, and funny too. I have a video from the grand finale, and also some pictures below to show some of their talents. She also got to see the famous Harry Perry in action. This guy is an electric guitar player on Rollerblades. He's cooler than cool...he's ice cold. He is also a very funny guy. If you ever have the time to strike up a conversation..he's the man to do it with on Venice Beach.

I was telling Jamie a story about how I had an effin bird took a dump in my hair one time...ok so I'm walking Venice Beach with a few Cali friends, and the next thing I know I have poo in my hair from a sea gull. Needless to say I was not only embarrassed, but disgusted. I proceeded to one of the beach showers and attempted to wash my hair out without getting any of my clothing wet. Again, needless to say I was highly unsuccessful...On our way to the Beach (Jamie and I) I was telling Jamie about this horrible poo in my hair story...she laughed as most do...As we were walking down the strip, I saw a painting that I liked. We both stopped in front of the vendor and asked him about his paintings and pricing. All of a sudden I hear Jamie say, "Oh hell no!!" A bird had successful made Jamie's sweater a target. Once I looked over at her she was leaning towards me in an attempt to wipe the fresh poo from her arm to mine. I leaned away, and without laughing I told her that we would clean the mess off of her sweater. Luckily the vendor that we were standing in front of had rubbing alcohol and paper towels. He stood there and cleaned the poo off of her arm while he told us a story of people being bullseyed by the sea gulls. At least that's one more experience I can check off of my list....
