In all fairness you could potentially be sabotaging your health by eating from one of these trucks. On the other hand. They are normally the best taco/burrito/ chimi whatever you have ever had. I seriously miss being back home in southern california where you see one of these almost every 1/2 mile on the beach. They are so good. For those of you who don't know, pack some pepto if you head to the beach and eat off these trucks. Mmmm...I hate diets. I am hungry! Hoot and holler!
